SPIRITRAVE will be generating a conscious area of sound in the Sonic Temple of Dance and Trance!
During much of the daytime hours, in conjunction with the schedule of Dream Camp, we will be generating dreamy, meditative soundscapes. As night descends and the diamond sky reveals itself, we will be conducting a journey of dance, trance, and awareness, which will involve high energy rhythms and sounds-- moving, spiritual accoustics, and guided journeys. An important characteristic of the journey, is that it moves one through what would ordinarily be a sleep cycle, in a waking trance, resulting in a profound state that resonates with what a Hopi prophecy calls "dancing the dream awake." Our music will rise and fall in intensity, and always represent a powerful "spiritual soundscape." We could not think of a better place than Burning Man to express and share this energy; nor, a better place than Dream Camp in which to do it!
Burning Man is a rare and amazing event, and a wonderful opportunity for individuals to explore the boundaries of their consciousness beyond expectation, and beyond the limitations that we all as human beings from time to time incorporate into the identities we have made up for ourselves over the course of a lifetime.
We stand for the well-being and joy of humanity! That each and every human being have beautiful and fulfilling life, and that each person is honored and respected as a powerful being capable of manifesting his or her own highest good, in alignment with the highest good of everyone, and everything!
Burning Man is an experience outside the ordinary, as is Spiritrave. They are rare diamonds amidst the sand. Enjoy them. Treasure them. Jump into the unknown, and don't look back!
